This is a poem recited by Kumar in the movie Harold and Kumar: Escape from Guantanamo Bay
I am unsure of the real author.
I’m sure that I will always be
A lonely number like root three
The three is all that’s good and right,
Why must my three keep out of sight
Beneath the vicious square root sign,
I wish instead I were a nine
For nine could thwart this evil trick,
with just some quick arithmetic
I know I’ll never see the sun, as 1.7321
Such is my reality, a sad irrationality
When hark! What is this I see,
Another square root of a three
As quietly co-waltzing by,
Together now we multiply
To form a number we prefer,
Rejoicing as an integer
We break free from our mortal bonds
With the wave of magic wands
Our square root signs become unglued
Your love for me has been renewed
Rush Hour 3 – Not much to say except that it took them way too long to come out with this movie. This is like Chris Tucker’s first movie in 5 years! Dayummm! Jackie Chan still looks good! It’s setting is in Paris, which I think makes it less funnier. Surprisingly, it looks like there’s still a lot of Asians in Paris. I don’t think it’ll be as funny as the previous titles, but we’ll see.
Balls of Fury – This movie looks really (stupid) funny. Made by the creators of Reno 911 so expect that type of humor. The main character is not very popular at all, but seems really funny — kind of Jack Blackish.
Surf’s Up – What can I say besides that it’s another dang penguin movie. This time, it’s about a surfing penguin named Cody Maverick, who’s smaller than his competitors (Happy Feet = weirdo penguin that can’t sing like everyone else? Hmmm..,). I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve had my share of penguin movies in the past year… so I doubt I’m gonna see this.
Evan Almighty – Man, I think this is gonna be hilarious. Steve Carell (think 40 Year Old Virgin) plays Evan Baxter, aka Weirdo with a Beardo. He’s approached by God (a black one, nothing is wrong with that — thought he was Middle Eastern) to build an arc. Watch the trailer.
I’m gonna watch this movie today w/ Nicole! Yay!

(Update) Grade: B
The movie was good! It was soooo cuuute! Oh my gosh! It’s unbelievable how cute the lil penguins are. Basically…. Mumble has happy feet instead of a good singing voice so everyone thinks he is weird. He looks weird too. He gets captured. But something good comes out of it. Go watch it!
